Hearts deceiving, minds keep weaving,
the lies the world proclaims.
Many will marry the desires they carry
through blood, ash, and flames.
Self romancing, demons dancing,
inside a raging war swells.
Where our flesh invites, sinful delights,
our worst enemy is ourselves.
Time is nearing, but no one is fearing,
while the devil snatches his prey.
The sky is calling for the Last Light Falling,
upon the darkest day.

On February 23, 2035, a new flu virus was discovered. The complexity of its undetected symptoms created an epidemic unlike the world had seen, and before a vaccine was successfully engineered, 4.5 billion people lost their lives. It was unknown where the strand originated, but suspicious nations questioned that it may have been purposefully created by man.
Earthquakes, famine, and political unrest have caused an economic global collapse. Nations have absorbed nations, and America, teeming with corruption, had cast a shadow on the entire world. Its fall from her global powers teeters on the verge of collapse, hoping for a new rebirth to reignite what it had lost. America’s ties to the Zionist state of Israel have been severed through political turmoil, leaving the Jewish state’s genocidal expansion to finally end. A region now splintered into military factions, endures without a true leader and prime minister. While the reformed state of Israel remains under persistent duress, its intermingled citizens of Muslims, Jews, and Christians hang on for survival.
The civility of the world grows ever closer to its end, as nations have risen and fallen into darkness. Though we still try to live our lives in this chaos and ruin before us, it's the uncertainties that consume us with fear now.

What consumes our spirit will either bury us in exile or lead us home. That desire to suffer with Truth is found in a weakness that becomes our strength, to heal, to forgive, to love, to receive mercy we do not deserve.
What may feel like the end, is a journey to a beginning of greater things at work that we cannot see. Take heart my brothers and sisters, for your story isn't over...
A resurrection is coming.
